Delete your account

You can close your Vect account at any time. That removes the account, the products linked to it, and the personal data we hold for it, except where we must keep a record (for example a short billing trail).

In the app

Open Vect, go to You, then Delete account. Confirm when asked. Use the same sign-in (Apple, Google, or email) as the account you want removed.

By email

Write from the address on the account to delete-account@vect.design. Ask us to delete the account and erase the personal data and products linked to it. We will confirm when it is done.

What we delete

• Your sign-in and profile (email, name, photo if any).
• Devices and settings stored for that account.
• Calendar connection for that account, if you connected one.

Wi-Fi names and passwords saved for setup live on your phone, not on our servers. Remove them in the app under Saved Wi-Fi networks if you still have the phone.
